Recipient Payment Accounts belong to Recipients and are the destination of funds when calling the Transaction endpoint. Bank accounts, Debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo accounts can be added for a Recipient. Prepaid Card accounts can be created for a Recipient.

To create/manage a recipient payment account to be used across 1-n payers, use the aggregator's
payer_idas the URL parameter value.
