Get Payer user activity Report for a date range. The payer_id value passed in should reflect the requested Aggregator or Payer. There is a maximum date range of 31 days enforced.** Report returns a Content-Type of application/csv``200 - Request succeeded400 - Bad Request, missing or invalid parameters
